FPA were commissioned to collaborate with Bowdon Homes on the developers' new headquarters. 

The project building was chosen for its location within Hale village, however it required attention to bring it up to the clients' exact standards.

With the existing building broken into three distinct parts, the brief was to modify the property so that every element is clearly related to the whole by the introduction of contemporary elements and an emphasis on the traditional proportions.

With the front bays balanced, windows re-proportioned and the introduction of new curtain wall glazing the existing building has been revitalised using quality materials and a high level of finish.
