Planning Appeal Won For A New Family Home On A Brownfield Green Belt Site
A planning appeal has been won for a new house designed by FPA architects. Commissioned by developer Bowdon Homes, the replacement dwelling scheme is located within both a Conservation Area and the Green Belt.
The five bedroom-suite design relies upon a creative interplay of levels to achieve the accommodation requirements. Externally, large glazing panels set within traditional pilasters offer vistas out onto the surrounding grounds.
Work is expected to begin on site in early 2014
