Planning Approval for FPA's Green Belt Replacement Dwelling
Planning approval has been granted for a new house designed by FPA architects. Commissioned by developer Bowdon Homes, the replacement dwelling scheme is located within both a Conservation Area and the Green Belt. Accordingly, the proposal was subject to strict planning guidelines.
To meet the planning requirements and an exacting brief, the five bedroom-suite design relies upon an interplay of accommodation levels. Externally, large glazing panels set within traditional pilasters offer vistas out onto the surrounding grounds.
