The site for this replacement dwelling project lies within the Metropolitan Green Belt, a landscape Conservation Area and Registered Historic Park. With a Grade II* listed mansion as the immediate neighbour to the site, the local planning and conservation department were keen to see a contrasting, contemporary design.
