Planning Permission Gained For A New House In A Conservation Area
FPA have gained planning permission for a new 6000sqft house in a Conservation Area. Commissioned by Bowdon Homes, the property has been designed to take advantage of the views offered by its unique location adjacent to Green Belt fields.
As well as five ensuite bedrooms, the house includes a covered roof terrace with external fire place situated to maximise the countryside outlook.
The semi-rural setting has inspired a rich pallet of natural materials that provide the contemporary design with a softer edge. A rustic buff coloured brick with natural stone details and hardwood timber highlights will be used to finish the house.
